IMPORTANT DATES + DEADLINES
FUNDING NOTIFICATIONS: April 2026
APPEAL CONSIDERATION PERIOD: April 9 – April 17
SIGNED CONTRACTS DUE: April 22nd
EVENT / PROJECT SUBMISSIONS DUE: 30 days prior to event
GRANT AWARD CEREMONIES: June, details TBD
FINAL REPORTS: Due within 30 days of completing the project or DEC 1, 2026
PROJECT PERIOD: January – December 2026 (projects can be funded retroactively if grant funding is awarded)
REQUIREMENT – PROJECT CREDIT
The following language is required on any and all promotional or printed material announcing or describing your grant funded programs. Please be sure to use the correct attribution.
“This project is made possible with funds from the Statewide Community Regrants Program, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature and administered by CREATE Council on the Arts.”
PLEASE NOTE: Failure to use this language may affect future funding.
FINAL REPORT – LINKS
Final reports are due by December 1, 2026, reports must be completed in order for applications to be considered for 2026 grants.

In the event project event/date/location/duration or other changes have been made to your program, complete this form and submit as soon as possible – prior to your event/project date.
