CREATE administers essential grants to cultural organizations and individual artists throughout Greene, Columbia and Schoharie counties in addition to presenting year-round gallery exhibitions, offers free technical assistance workshops on a variety of topics, presents special events celebrating regional culture, and promotes the arts community at every opportunity.
