The Cairo Development Foundation is having a ribbon cutting for the Black Bear Park on Main Street in Cairo, NY. The ceremony will include the unveiling of a commissioned public sculpture by metal artist Jeremy Uhll financed in part with a grant by CREATE Council On The Arts. Light refreshments will be served.
