“Brave Birds: Inspiration on the Wing” Book Signing

Join The Olana Partnership for a book signing of Brave Birds: Inspiration on the Wing, with artist and writer Maude White! Brave Birds: Inspiration on the Wing, presents a new collection of sixty-five stunning cut-paper birds. As a source of inspiration, each bird is paired with an original message of kindness and strength associated with its particular traits to encourage bravery and perseverance. Appealing to any bird lover or collector of bird art, Brave Birds is a beautiful resource for those wishing to practice a life of kindness and empathy.
Maude White is a cut-paper artist, author, teacher, and resilience facilitator. Maude is the creator of Resilience Alchemy and Pleasure Alchemy, two unique card systems created for self-expression and fulfillment. She is the author and artist behind Brave Birds: Inspiration on the Wing, and the illustrator of Leading with Love: Inspiration for Spiritual Activists. Her shadow puppet designs appear in The Happy Film by acclaimed designer Stefan Sagmeister. Her cut-paper artwork has been featured by Orion Magazine, Audubon Magazine, Urban Outfitters, and Colossal among others, and exhibited in national and international galleries.
