Florals in White

Examine Georgia O’Keeffe’s white flower paintings as inspiration with artist Natalie Boburka. You’ll choose your own individual photo of a white flower (provided) to draw using a loose grid for accuracy. You’ll learn to draw the negative space and will then paint the basic color with shifts in tone, value, and form of the parts of the flower. You’ll add the details using different ways of applying the paint for texture. Last, you’ll choose a contrasting color for the background. Each painting will be a remarkable, small jewel!
