Art School of Columbia County, is a non-profit, art education organization that was created in 2013. ASCC offers art classes year round for children, teens and adults. Classes art offered in a variety of media and all classes are taught by experienced, practicing professional artists who specialize in their field. Classes are scheduled to meet either in the mornings, afternoon or evening and during the weekdays or on weekends as well. 

On Saturday, April 27 artist Bob Watkins will offer a free painting demonstration, from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m.,  highlighting his techniques and the creative process. This will be an opportunity to see Bob in action. He will also be teaching a new painting class titled Intro to Oil Painting https://artschoolofcolumbiacounty.org/product/intro-to-oil-painting-with-bob-watkins/ beginning May 16. Immediately following the demonstration there will be a free Opening Reception of his art exhibit from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. Please join ASCC and anyone interested in attending these events are welcome.
