Hudson Valley Musician Larry Chernicoff Is An Award-Winning Recording Artist, Vibraphonist, Composer, Record Producer And A Recipient Of A National Endowment On The Arts Jazz Fellowship. His Compositions Combine Jazz And Classical Elements, Composition And Improvisation, And Unusual Instrumental Colors. His CD, October, Was Named Best Surround Sound CD Of The Year At The Surround Music Awards In Hollywood. His New 7-Piece Group Will Play A New Program Of His Compositions, With No Amplifiers Or Microphones, For An Organic, Acoustic, Unplugged Sound.
