Soundshare

WGXC Catskill Studio, 393 Main St, Catskill, NY

Soundshare is back! Join us Tuesday, September 29, 6–8pm at WGXC Catskill Studio for an evening of listening, sharing, exchanging ideas, and enjoying potluck treats!

Soundshare brings audio and sound artists together to share work in a welcoming, communal space. Want to share? Spots are still available, with each participant getting up to 5 minutes to present, followed by 15 minutes of questions and offerings from the group. (Sign up to share via the RSVP form!)

Not sharing? Come listen, meet fellow creatives, musicians, and performers, and join the conversation. All backgrounds, ages, disciplines, and experience levels are welcome.

This is also a potluck! Please bring a prepared dish to share.

If you’re presenting: prerecorded work should be 5 minutes or less and brought on a thumb drive, laptop, or phone with the appropriate adapter. For live work, email meredith@wavefarm.org ahead of time to discuss technical needs.

Soundshare is presented in partnership with Wave Farm by CREATE IN PROCESS—a series of artist-centered meetups for sharing work, exchanging ideas, and building connections.
