This arts education grant went to Schoharie Free Library to sponsor a program for exploring the nuances of portraying the face on paper using charcoal, pen, ink and other media. Four 90-minute free classes were facilitated by local artist and educator Joel Bramer and model Shannon Avery. For ages 10 through adult.
