“We designed six dance programs to appeal to a variety of age groups – family, teen, adult – and in diverse formats – performance, participation, demonstration and education. These included Hoedown in the Town Park,  site-specific dance presentations with commissioned music and specially designed and created graphics and props, and Multicultural Dance Day, designed to illuminate diverse cultures through their dance traditions, to teach simple dance vocabulary and movement, and to enhance the appreciation of the dance performances.”
