CREATE Council - EMBLEM - Nine regional artists depict emblems of their experience – Objects and observations become a part of personal histories. Over time, different moments and ephemera take on significance or get imbued with meaning. Some of these memories or momentos may be from the artist’s own experience or they may have been passed along or inherited. It is the memory of the collector that creates crests of importance.
